Product Information

We provide accurate and detailed information about every timepiece in our collection. All images shared on our Instagram and Facebook pages are actual product images unless otherwise stated — what you see is exactly what you receive.

Pricing & Payments

Prices are clearly displayed on each product listing. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Mobile Money — MTN & Airtel
  • Bank Transfer — FNB and other major banks
  • Secure online payment channels communicated at checkout

Flexible Payment Options

We believe everyone deserves a quality timepiece. Our flexible plans are designed to make your dream watch achievable. Availability of Layby and Hire Purchase may vary by product and is only valid with documented proof of communication.

Layby

  • Deposit: Minimum 30% upfront to secure your order
  • Duration: Balance paid in one or more payments within 90 days
  • Collection: Item reserved immediately; dispatched after full balance is cleared
  • No hidden fees: You only pay the agreed product price — nothing extra
  • Default: Order may be cancelled and deposit forfeited if balance is not settled within the 90-day period

Hire Purchase

  • Deposit: 75% upfront
  • Duration: Balance paid within 90 days
  • Eligibility: Must have made at least one prior purchase and provided feedback
  • Delivery: Item dispatched after initial payment; balance settled within the 90-day period
  • Default: If balance is not settled within 90 days, the watch may be recalled or the sale cancelled

Pre-Orders & Delivery

  • Orders can be placed via direct message or through our website
  • In-stock items are dispatched within 2 business days
  • Pre-order items are delivered within 10–12 business days
  • Qualitick Collections is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, unforeseen circumstances, or incorrect delivery details provided by the buyer

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if the watch is defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed
  • Refunds are processed within 15–20 business days after inspection and approval

Warranty Policy

At Qualitick Collections, we stand behind the quality of our products. This warranty policy outlines the coverage and conditions under which we provide support for defective items.

Coverage

Our watches are covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, including:

  • Faulty movement (watch not keeping time correctly)
  • Defective internal components
  • Manufacturing faults affecting normal use

Warranty Period

Warranty is valid for 3–6 months from the date of delivery.

What Is Not Covered

  • Physical damage (drops, impact, cracked glass)
  • Water damage (unless explicitly rated and used correctly)
  • Battery depletion or normal wear and tear
  • Strap damage due to regular use
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

How to Make a Claim

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email
  2. Provide proof of purchase
  3. Share clear images or videos showing the issue
  4. Await assessment and confirmation

Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we may repair the product, replace it, or offer a suitable alternative if a replacement is unavailable.

Delivery for Warranty Claims

  • If confirmed as a manufacturing defect — we cover return or replacement delivery costs
  • If not covered under warranty — delivery costs are the customer's responsibility

Important Notes

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser
  • Products must be returned in reasonable condition (excluding the defect)
  • Claims must be made within the warranty period

Limitation of Liability

Qualitick Collections is not liable for delays caused by courier services, payment processors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Once delivery has been confirmed by the courier or recipient, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
