Layby is available on purchases of K500 and above. No minimum deposit cap — the more you pay upfront, the less you owe each month.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total purchase price is required to reserve your item. This deposit confirms your commitment and holds the item exclusively for you.
You have up to 90 days from the date of your deposit to pay the full balance. Extensions may be granted at our discretion — contact us before your deadline.
If you cancel or fail to complete payments within 90 days, the layby is forfeited. Your deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded as store credit valid for 12 months.
Missed a payment? You have a 7-day grace period per installment. After 7 days we will reach out — if no arrangement is made within a further 7 days, the layby is cancelled under our cancellation policy.
The price at the time of your deposit is locked in. If the item goes on sale or increases in price after your layby starts, you pay only what was agreed at the time of reservation.
You may switch to a different item of equal or greater value during your layby period — subject to availability. Upgrades require the price difference to be covered. Downgrades are not permitted once a layby is active.
Your item is held securely at our warehouse and will not be shipped until the full balance is settled. We do not release partial-payment orders under any circumstance.

No. Layby at Qualitick Collections is completely interest-free. You pay only the price of the watch — nothing more.
Each account is limited to one active layby at a time. Once your current layby is paid in full, you are immediately eligible to start another.
Payments can be made via mobile money (MTN/Airtel), bank transfer, or any of our supported payment methods. After placing your initial deposit, contact us on WhatsApp or email to record each subsequent payment.
Once you have placed your deposit, the item is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be sold to anyone else. If an item is discontinued before your layby is completed, we will offer you a full refund — including your deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable as they compensate us for removing the item from sale. However, any payments beyond the initial deposit will be returned to you as store credit, valid for 12 months from the cancellation date.
