Qualitick Collections ships within Zambia. We deliver to the address you provide at checkout. If you need delivery to a remote area, we will confirm feasibility and any extra lead time before dispatch.
After your payment is confirmed, we prepare your order for dispatch. Processing time can vary by product availability and verification steps. You will receive updates by email or SMS where applicable.
Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and depend on your location and courier schedules. These are estimates, not guarantees — weather, public holidays, and carrier capacity can affect arrival dates.
Delivery fees (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping details — for example, pickup options may have no delivery charge. The amount you see before you pay is what applies to that order.
